2024 Maker Application

Early Bird Pricing Deadline: February 4, 2024!

Welcome to a Handmade Spring Makers Market, taking place April 26 – 28, 2024. Friday, April 26 (2 pm to 8 pm), Saturday, April 27 (10 am to 5 pm) and Sunday, April 28 (10 am to 4 pm) at Beban Social Centre in Nanaimo, BC. Set-up for this market takes place on Thursday, April 26, late afternoon – 10 pm and Friday, April 27, 8am – 1 pm. A detailed Maker Information Package will be provided to all successful applicants.

With the goal of presenting a professional and diverse show, A Handmade Spring  carefully curates the market in the best interest of shoppers and participating Makers. This is a juried show and the  criteria for consideration includes quality, originality and overall craftsmanship. Overall balance of each category will be considered as well in the final Maker selection. We limit the number of makers in each category.

Applications will be accepted until each category has been filled. There is a possibility for a Maker to be waitlisted if their category is full. In order to create a well balanced and diverse show, Makers are waitlisted by category not by application date.
